"I teach people to resolve conflict with themselves, amongst and with their employees. Most executives get entangled in various value systems as they try to navigate their world and choose effective actions. My work is aimed at supporting an effective and authentic synthesis of all the points of view necessary so that the executive can lead with confidence and peace of mind. This approach leads to the best customer service possible as well as better employee satisfaction and retention.
I coach people to develop their leadership as an extension of their natural predilections so that in leading they can be self assured and authentic. Leadership is a set of skills that are learned and honed in an ongoing developmental process – it is not a set of techniques or formulaic procedures".
Mr. Wolff’s approach to the work is interdisciplinary, believing that change and growth are best supported by the lessons of the real world which includes history, philosophy, art, literature, religion, and psychology as well as the specific experience of his clients. By incorporating the larger world into the process, the changes and growth produced are anchored to the larger world and not only the closed system of a single organization. The result is more meaningful and lasting change for both the organization and the individual.
